YVP系列变频调速电动机是适用于由变频器供电的变频调速系统中运行的专用异步电动机，是全国统一设计新的专用系列产品，可与国内外各种SPWM变频调速装置配套，装有独立的冷却风机，能保证电机在不同转速下有良好的冷却效果。该系列电动机可广泛用于机车、冶金、纺织、印染、运输、化工、矿山等行业及风机、泵类的节能调速场合。该电机具有节能，无极调速范围宽，噪声低，振动小等优点及低速恒转矩输出、高速恒功率输出的机械特性，该系列电机安装尺寸和功率等级符合IEC标准，通用性和互换性较好，外壳防护等级为IP54；冷却方式为IC416；工作制为S1；采用F级绝缘；≤3KW为Y接法，＞3KW为△接法。

Characteristic description

YVP series variable frequency adjustable speed motor is a special asynchronous motor suitable for operation in the variable frequency adjustable speed system powered by frequency converter. It is a new special series product designed in a unified way in China. It can be matched with various SPWM variable frequency adjustable speed devices at home and abroad, equipped with independent cooling fans, which can ensure that the motor has good cooling effect at different speeds. This series of motors can be widely used in locomotive, metallurgy, textile, printing and dyeing, transportation, chemical industry, mining and other industries, as well as energy-saving and speed regulating occasions of fans and pumps. The motor has the advantages of energy saving, wide range of stepless speed regulation, low noise, small vibration and mechanical characteristics of low-speed constant torque output and high-speed constant power output. The installation size and power level of this series of motors fully conform to IEC standards, with good universality and interchangeability. The shell protection level is IP54; the cooling mode is ic416; the working system is S1; the class F insulation is adopted; the ≤ 3KW is y exposure, ＞ 3KW is delta connection.
